Our lobby is currently open to the public with some restrictions. Only four people will be allowed in the lobby at a time. We ask that everyone be considerate and continue to practice social distancing. Additionally, we encourage customers that just need to make a payment to continue to use the drive-through.
As of June 1 our due dates for payments, late fees, and disconnection dates went back to our standard procedure. We do however realize that some of our customers may still be out of work or financially not able to pay in full. If you are in this situation, please contact our office and arrange for a payment plan before disconnection on to avoid any service interruptions.
Each year all water utilities are required to produce a water quality report, also know as the Consumer Confidence Report or CCR for the previous year.
