Pay Online

Customers may pay their bill online using their computer or tablet.  To pay online, select the blue "Pay Or View Your Bill" button on the top left of this page or any page on this site.  On the next page that appears, click the pay my bill button (customers with commercial accounts will need to select commercial accounts and then click pay my bill) and you will be taken to the Payment Service Network (PSN) login page.  First time users will need to register online.  After that it's just 3 easy clicks to pay.

Why Pay Online?

• Receiving bills or viewing your balance due online are free services

• You don’t have to pay online to view your bills online

• Pay from your checking or savings account (convenience fee applies)

• Pay by credit or debit card (convenience fee applies)

• Pay immediately, schedule a payment or set up Auto-Pay for the full amount of your bill

• View the amount you owe online or on the payment app

• Print bills and payment receipts, view electronic payment history and see payment status

Pay By Mobile App

To pay using your mobile device (convenience fee applies), download "PSN Payments" from the App Store® or Google Play™.  If you already registered online, use those credentials to log in.  If you have not registered, you will need to do so before using the app.

 

By Phone

To help during busy times and to provide better service to our customers, McCormick CPW will be utilizing Payment Services Network for all payments made by phone.  As a result, payments can be made by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Either call our main office at 864-852-2224 and select option 1  or call toll free 1-877-885-7968.  Have your bill handy to provide your customer account number.  On your first call, you will register; after that, phone payments are four, quick steps.  This option is available subject to a convenience fee.

In Person

Our office offers walk-in, drive thru, and night deposit service. We are located at 912 South Main Street in downtown McCormick, SC.  Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm.   Closed holidays.

Bank Draft

Each month's payment will be automatically deducted from your bank account on the due date. Debit / credit cards cannot be used for Bank Draft, bank accounts only.  To be eligible for this service, you must go six months without a balance on your account. 

To sign up for Bank Draft:

• Complete a Bank Draft Request Form

• Bring the form by our office along with a voided check or your checking account number and and bank account number.
