START, STOP, & MOVE

Start Service

To have your services turned on, you must file a completed application at our main office located at 912 South Main Street.  In addition to a completed application, you will also need to provide the following:

  • Proof of Property Purchase or Rental Agreement

  • Photo ID

  • Social Security Card

  • Application Fee

  • Deposit

Stop Service

Customers wishing to have their service turned off must contact the main office during normal operating hours and verify their name and address.  Additionally, they will need to provide a forwarding address and settle any balances on the account.

Transfer Service

To transfer service from one account to another, customers must do or provide the following:

  • Complete a new application

  • Pay the application fee

  • If required, pay the difference in the deposit amount between the previous and new property

  • Provide the new rental or purchase agreement

  • Ensure that the bill from the previous account is paid and current
